Returns & Exchange Policy

Our products are freshly crafted to order to ensure you receive the highest quality and freshness. Due to the personal nature of our skincare and strict hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or items that have been opened or used.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. We will happily exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange

If your order arrives compromised in any way, please contact us at info@klaudiatraubert.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your exchange quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and the outer shipping packaging.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected item to be sent to you. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once this 24-hour window has passed, the production process has begun, and your order can no longer be cancelled.

Important Notes

We are unable to process exchanges or returns for:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or have a tampered seal for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items returned without prior communication and approval from our support team.
